Worst car detailing shop in Houston. I got my car ceramic coated through one of their “promos,” and somehow my paint magically ended up damaged while it was in their shop. They tried blaming it on “rock chippings,” except I literally took pictures the moment I arrived at the shop and the damage was NOT there before. Funny how they still can’t explain what actually happened to my paint. What’s even worse is they refuse to properly fix their mistake and even acknowledge. Instead of repainting the damaged area the correct way, they want to sand it down, touch it up, or basically spray paint over it and call it fixed. If you damage someone’s car, own up to it, take accountability, and repair it correctly instead of trying to cheaply cover it up. Is this really how you do business? Lmao what a joke. And don’t even get me started on the “interior detail.” My car looks almost exactly the same as before I brought it in. I clean my car weekly, and honestly I pay WAY more attention to detail than they apparently do. There are still multiple dirty spots they completely missed that I expected a professional detail shop to clean. So basically I paid for a slightly shinier car and left with pain

One of the best experiences I have ever had when dealing with Automobile needs for my Lexus SC430. They used PPF on the front and rear fascias & mirrors and then ceramic coated the rest of the car. Full interior detail AND the engine bay!!! OUTSTANDING work even polishing my exhaust tips. I could not be happier and HIGHLY reccomend Rocky, Mohammed & the team at Gloss Boss. The results were well worth the very, reasonable cost. I'll be having them fo my Mercedes next.... they did my Mercedes GLK350 & IZt turned out absolutely amazing! It's white and has been sitting outside in Houston underwhelming live Oaks for several years. They renewed the paint to the original luster. The interiorvis now show room fresh as well. If I could leave 6 or 7 stars it would be right!!!!Highly reccomendvyou give Rocky or Mohammed a call.
